Anti Static shielding bags use the antistat loaded polyethylene like the pink poly bags but the shield bag also uses a metal shield to stop the energy from the static discharge (spark) from getting to the electronic components inside the bag. Anti static pink poly bags uses dielectric layers that reduces voltage. Mostly used for electronic devices, mainly to package non static sensitive materials like wire, nuts and bolts, plastic housings and other production essential materials.
Anti static bags are used inside the EPA because normal packaging materials can hold a charge. When those charged materials are brought into a production area they can damage the static sensitive electronics. Anti-static pink bags proved reduced charging characteristics, provide no static shielding for electronic components. Antistatic pink bags are made from polyethylene plastic that is loaded with a chemical antistat. This antistat attracts moisture in the air.
Anti Static Zip Bag
A soft textured and flexible, pink antistatic 300 gauge poly bag with reclosable grip seal / ziplock for packaging non ESD items within an ESD protected area. The grip feature enables the contents to be quickly and easily sealed, especially when being reused with items that require no shielding.

Anti Static Bubble Wrap

- The sealed air bubble offers superior cushioning and shock proof function
- Made from a soft textured and flexible poly material
- Manufacturing method: Two layer extrusion with calendar role to thermoform bubble
- Standard colour: Pink, but can be custom made in different colours and sizes according to clients requirements (MOQ applies)
Antistatic bubble film will not produce electrostatic charges during handling. Static charge is dissipated over the surface of the film preventing discharge onto the electronic device packaged. Note: Different levels of electrostatic discharge protection are required for different electronic devices.
